Supriya Vijay was a Master’s student in the Intelligent Information Systems program under the Language Technologies Institute. Her interests lie in applied machine learning in the domain of healthcare. Her research is centered around the analysis of non-verbal behavior for identifying schizophrenic symptoms, and she worked on Visual Question Answering as a capstone project, under Prof. Morency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from PES  Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India.
